FAQ

Although our service is similar to a CSA in the sense that weekly you receive a bag of produce, the difference is we work with a network of farms and we are focused on Organic produce. Our service is consistent year round  and it offers a variety of produce that updates weekly. There is also no commitment to our program for a growing season and you can stop, pause, or skip a delivery at any time. You can also add what we call the No Thank You List where you state the produce that you never want in your bag due to preference or allergies and you can also choose to sub with other produce when what we put in the bag weekly does not serve your interest.

All our produce is USDA Organic, unless specified otherwise. We sometimes source ONLY LOCAL microgreens or hydroponic salads which are grown in a sustainable way, but are not certified organic. However, if that's the case, you will find this specification in our online shop at each of the produce.
NO! We do not charge any membership fees.

If you are located in our Greater Charlotte, NC delivery area delivery is Free for any type of produce box. If you choose to shop a la carte, delivery fee is $5 for orders less than $30.
Once you sign up with an account on our website, according to your location you will be assigned your delivery day. Currently we deliver between the hours of 8am - 6pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Please contact us with any delivery requests, but please note in order to keep costs low for our customers and to reduce our carbon footprint we utilize optimized delivery routes.

The majority of our customers are not home to receive their deliveries. We recommend that you place a cooler with an ice pack on your porch or delivery area and our driver will transfer all items into your cooler. If there is no cooler available, no worries, if possible we will place the delivery box in shaded area.

If you receive an ice pack in your delivery bag, please return on your next delivery day. Please place them out on the day of your next delivery and our driver will pick them up. 

 

Getting Started

Each week Farm Fresh Carolinas will select the freshest, in season organic produce to provide to our customers. Our customers will select what type of produce box they want to receive (fruits, veggies, or a mix of both) and  the frequency in which they want to receive (weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or just one delivery), the size of the shipment they want to receive (we offer up to four sizes to get it just right) and most importantly set up a "No Thanks" list so that we never send you don't want and then can send you more of what you love!

 

Customer Questions

Absolutely. Simply go to your My Account on our website and select Delivery Hold. You can do that with multiple periods one after the other. Please place your delivery on hold the latest by 9am before your delivery day. We cannot accept changes after the 9am deadline before your delivery day, but if you are late, you may donate your bag to the Fort Mill Care Center where we donate food each week.

If you need to change your order, do so from our website. Go to My Account tab and then

1. If you want to change only your next order, go to Upcoming Deliveries and delete or change the quantity of your order. If you want to add something to your order, use our Online Shop to find your items.

2. If you want to change the box size or type from this date forward, go to Recurring Items , cancel the items you do not want to receive anymore going forward and then from the Online Shop choose your desired new type/ size of produce box.

*Please note that you can make changes to your order by maximum 9am the day before your delivery day.

In order to change your credit card information you must first log in to My Account. Once logged in, select Account Info and find the Payment Info on the page where you can edit your credit card information.

If you need to cancel a produce box or any other recurrent items, login on our website through My Account tab.  Then go to Recurring Items and take out all your recurring items. That's all, now all your recurring deliveries are canceled.
